Remember to sleep – also in summertime !!
Face it. It can be difficult to get enough sleep it the summertime when the days are longer, and you can relax and enjoy the evenings on the terrace and furthermore it is hot in the bedroom. But you need your sleep if you have to function 100% and avoid stress. Try to keep the bedroom cool during the day, by blocking out the sun with curtains, and open the windows to get fresh air in.


Fattening foods !
If you exercise you can easier tolerate a few days with fattening foods. The body is better at breaking down the fats, and you burn the fat quicker.

Exercise regularly, eat fruit and vegetables, drink max. One glas of vine per day and quit smoking. This is what is needed if you want to add 14 years to your life.
