The 5 Tibetans – the fountain of eternal youth
I have become addicted to these five energy exercises that is said to be the fountain of eternal youth. I would like to give everyone the opportunity to do these exercises and feel the effect on the body that I felt. Because of this I got the idea for this DVD. On the DVD you can see the original exercises and I have also modified the exercises should you have difficulties recreating the Tibetans.
Every one can perform the 5 Tibetans
It might sound strange that 5 simple yoga exercises created by monks can keep you young, healthy and give you lots of energy. The excursuses are that simple, that no matter age or fitness level, everyone can master them and thereafter achieve a positive effect on your health. You don’t need a lot of space or any fancy pieces of equipment. All you need is 15 min. daily. This is why this is the perfect solution for our hectic lifestyle.
How many of each exercise, and how?
Do the 5 Tibetans once a day. You can either do it first thing in the morning, or in the evening just before bed. Some people sleep well after the exercises and others can't sleep afterwards. Find out what suits you best. The ancient model says that the 5 different exercises should all be carried out 21 times per day. It is better to do them each 3 times a day, than not at all. If you one day haven't got time, or don't feel like it. Doing all 5 Tibetans exercises takes less than 5 min. To begin with you should not expect that you can repeat the exercises 21 times and more importantly. You shouldn’t. The exercises can cause a detoxing of the toxic waste in your body.
Start by repeating the exercise 3 times and slowly increase by adding another 2 each week. Within a couple of months you should reach the total of 21. It is not about being able to perform the exercises quickly, but feeling good and at easy with the exercises. Even though you are in good shape, you should perform the exercises as previously mentioned. When you start, you might experience that your urine becomes slightly darker or has a different smell. You sweat might smell differently. Sore muscles are not uncommon either. All these symptoms are normal, only temporarily and a sign that you are performing the exercises correctly. The toxic waste in your body is removed from the organs and joints. If you feel that the above mentioned symptoms are caused by something else you should contact your doctor or physiotherapist. If you are sure that the symptoms are due to the detoxing created by the exercises, then give it about a week and do not taken any medication. Drink more water than usually, to ensure that your insides are being cleansed out properly.
